Role overview



SiSU Health is moving through a period of strong growth, and due to restructuring the operations team we are currently hiring a further field service technician based in Manchester.

The day to day:



Travel to customers across the UK to perform on-site assembly, installation, and maintenance of our leased health stations. Assemble, install, and maintain our fleet of leased health stations. Liaise with Clients on site to provide a brief outline of site visit, answer any basic queries and triage additional client queries to appropriate SiSU team members. Guide clients on the proper use and maintenance of our devices, ensuring they are equipped to operate them effectively. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Liaise with Clients to provide technical support and troubleshoot. Ensure adherence to strict guidelines and standards (ISO 13485:2016). E.g., completing installation, maintenance, and incidents reports. Maintaining accurate and up to date register of spare parts and toolkit. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance product performance.

Key requirements



You will have a background in Engineering/Field Technician or be familiar with engineering operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Full Driving License, ability to work independently and travel extensively in the UK, with occasional travel to other locations as needed. You will enjoy a variety of on-site and in the field work. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.
