About the Job



Responsible for operating Remotely Operated Subsea units, subsea tooling and intervention equipment in a safe and efficient manner. You will maintain and repair all electronic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and sub-systems associated with same including component repair, replacement and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities



- Perform planned maintenance/repairs/project preparation on equipment: maintain/ repair electronics, maintain/ repair hydraulics, maintain/repair mechanics, use test equipment, calibrate, and align equipment, and perform general housekeeping.

- Assist with the drilling operations including evaluating the environment conditions and hazards, monitoring all aspects of the equipment spread at all times.

- Operate and repair electrical over hydraulic and direct hydraulic control systems that interact with pumps, valves and other hydraulic transmission and power equipment.

- Maintains parts and supplies inventory associated with all electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic assemblies and subassemblies.

About You



We'd love to hear from you if your career profile meets the following essential requirements:

Essential



- Nationally recognised technical or trade qualification and / or appropriate level national vocational qualification in one or more of the following subjects: electrical, electronics, hydraulics, mechanics.

- 5 + year's experience in an industrial setting

- Full UK driving license

Desired



- Experience in offshore/marine/oil and gas environment

- Must be able to obtain a valid Passport and any other regionally mandated offshore work requirement documents as appropriate.

- Good written and oral communication skills (English);

- Good IT skills

It is essential that applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom &/or Ireland.
