Summary

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Telecom Rentals (UK) Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment at various client locations. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

Install and configure telecommunications equipment at customer sites. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and prepare reports. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of service activities and inventory management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in the telecommunications industry is preferred. Installing Cat5/6 is essential. Strong technical skills related to telecommunications systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
