Field Service Technician - Full-time

Location: South West England

Salary:

30,000 - 35,000 DOE

Reports to: Company Directors

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and provide expert maintenance, repair, and support for ATV and UTV machinery. This role involves working with equipment used across various industries including agriculture and related sectors. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about mechanical problem-solving and hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities

o Diagnose and repair ATV and UTV machinery (including understanding of EV systems)

o Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance

o Conduct field inspections, onsite servicing, and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues

o Provide technical support and training to operators

o Maintain accurate records of service work, parts used, and customer interactions

o Adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations

o Stay up to date with advancements in machinery technology for our partner manufactures (eg, Polaris)

Preferred Qualifications

o Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field

o Familiarity with various brands of ATV and UTV equipment

Requirements

o Proven experience in servicing machinery or related equipment

o Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team

o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

o Willingness to travel to different locations as needed

o Valid driver's licence

o Must have own basic hand tools
