Location: UK-wide (extensive travel required)

We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Specialist to support and deliver key services within our newly formed Field Services team, part of our well-established Asset Management business.

The Role
As a Field Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, field-based services at client sites across asset-intensive industries. You'll work closely with the Field Services Manager and be part of a high-performing team that values innovation, collaboration, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out asset condition assessments, data capture, 3D photogrammetry, site surveys, and asset monitoring.
Deliver work in line with health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
Support the development of a sustainable, high-performing team with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Assist in the growth strategy of the Field Services team, contributing to its structure, scalability, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop your skills to help serve clients effectively and contribute to business growth.
Essential Requirements
We welcome applicants from various backgrounds and levels of experience, including entry-level candidates.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
Proactive, quality-focused, and resilient in operational environments.
IT literate (Microsoft Office, GIS mapping tools).
Demonstrates positive health and safety behaviours.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
Working towards or achieved IOSH Managing Safely or other relevant health and safety certifications.
Awareness or experience in:
Asset Management
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Water/Wastewater Infrastructure & Processes
Familiarity with industry standards and tools:
CSCS Card
EUSR Water Hygiene
NRSWA Qualification
First Aid Training
CALM Networks Training
Experience in:
Data capture or survey techniques
Operational environments
Communicating technical concepts to a range of stakeholders
Meeting project targets for time, budget, and quality
