As a

Field Team Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind the performance, safety, and motivation of your field-based team. You'll ensure our meter readers deliver accurate, timely readings while providing excellent service to our customers.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Knowledge

Proven experience leading or managing a team. Background in metering, utilities, energy, or a related sector (desirable). Strong understanding of performance monitoring, mentoring, and staff development. Experience in operational support, administration, or clerical functions.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Confident in handling data entry, record-keeping, and managing digital systems. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technology.

Leadership & Communication

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments. Capable of managing workloads effectively and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

A basic salary of

with a car allowance of
