About the Role:
In this key role, you'll be the go-to person for all our field merchandiser recruitment needs. You'll be responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting individuals to fill new roles, holiday cover, sick leave, maternity leave to work in High Street retailers such as Boots, Waitrose Dunelm and more.
What you'll do:
Proactively search our historic database to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Place adverts on Indeed and other platforms to source new team members nationwide.
Recruit for a variety of roles within the field marketing team, from entry-level merchandisers to supervisor positions.
Build relationships with current merchandisers to understand their career aspirations and identify those who can grow their territory.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting phone/Teams interviews and fully onboarding.
Maintain and update our internal recruitment database.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Excellent computer literacy, primarily Excel, with ability to learn our internal database systems.
A proactive and organised approach to work with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
A desire to want to 'own' your role.

This role is full time office based in Westerham. Regular informal interaction with your colleagues is essential in our modern and enjoyable office environment. This role is central to the ongoing growth and success of Mitchell Stephenson, whilst solely responsible for recruitment you will work with each Account Manager to make sure they have the human resource to meet our client's needs.
