TH Plastics is a specialist engineering business established in 2008, delivering technically robust, turnkey ancillary systems for the plastics manufacturing industry.
We design, supply, install and support premium machinery from leading European partners, including Moretto (Italy), Rapid Granulator (Sweden) and Crizaf (Italy). Our solutions are engineered to suit each customer's process, with a strong focus on long-term reliability, performance and aftersales support.
We're a small, experienced team where engineers are trusted, listened to and supported -- not micromanaged.

The Role
We're looking for a Field Installation Engineer to join our service and installation team, covering customers primarily across the UK.
This role suits someone who may come from an electrical or mechanical contracting background, or who enjoys hands-on engineering and takes pride in doing jobs properly. It's a good fit for an engineer who values autonomy, prefers doing things right rather than rushing from job to job, and wants clear options for development.
You'll be responsible for installing, servicing and supporting a range of plastics ancillary machinery and representing TH Plastics professionally with customers.
