About the Role





We're looking for a

Field-Based Retail Maintenance Technician

to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of branded displays for a leading global consumer electronics brand.



Based in

West London/Surrey/Berkshire

with occasional nationwide travel, you'll work across a range of retail environments, ensuring all displays are functional, compliant, and aligned with the client's vision.



This is a hands-on role that requires a practical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities




Maintain and repair retail fixtures and electronic displays Install and remove POS and media content Complete maintenance visits within project deadlines Plan weekly routes for maximum efficiency Update project systems and logs accurately and on time Conduct detailed site audits to ensure compliance Perform vehicle checks and maintain company van Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and clients Represent 100% as a brand ambassador in all store visits



What You'll Need




Full UK Driving Licence

(minimum two years, no more than 6 penalty points) Strong organisation and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience with retail installations, POS or POP is an advantage--but not essential, as full training will be provided
