Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fieldview Operator to join our dynamic team. To ensure that all Fieldview Processes are recorded and filed correctly. To ensure that all information is distributed in accordance with the PMP and general project requirements and timeframes.

Location: Scottish Borders Salary: Depending on experience - attractive package Working Hours: Full & Part Time hours available.

Key Accountabilities

Act as McConnell's contact for all Fieldview related issues. Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on central electronic document management system (Fieldview). Review and control of Fieldview management protocols. Assist and police the Site Team with capturing the information needed for Fieldview. Clear communication of expectations for Fieldview management with the site team and subcontractors. Ensure that all relevant person(s) is up to date with training and using Fieldview correctly. Produce weekly report of information logged and circulate. Completion, maintenance, and monitoring of records. Ensure proper records maintained for Fieldview distribution. Weekly reporting to Line Manager. Any other reasonable management request.

Experience

Proven experience of working within Cloud-Based Field Construction Software Ability to set up new accounts and users Able to set up and manage standardised file and directory structures Have Knowledge and experience of Document Management toolsets generally Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of working in the construction industry
