Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Filling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Filling machinery used in the cosmetics industry. The position is suitable for individuals with previous expereince operating this type of machinery, within food manufacturing, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals

Duties

Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Handle materials efficiently, including loading, unloading, the machine Programme and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to maintain continuous operation. Conduct routine inspections of machinery for wear or faults; perform basic maintenance tasks. Weighing, measuring and testing of products Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and machine performance. Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience using filling machinery Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in operating machinery safely and efficiently. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical capability to handle materials and operate equipment throughout long shifts; previous experience with materials handling is beneficial This role offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about manufacturing technology and mechanical processes. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour
