Our opportunity:
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. As the Film Awards Assistant you will be able to assist the team and all Awards entrants, members, staff and committee members by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance with discretion.
To be successful the Film Awards Assistant should be resilient, and attentive while also being accurate. You'll always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Additionally you will excel at both verbal and written communication and most importantly should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Who you are?
You'll have excellent computer skills including (at a minimum) Word and Excel and experience of database packages.
You'll have great interpersonal skills with the ability to enthuse, explain, persuade and cajole whilst building working relationships with people.
Highly organised and self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail.
Passionate about the screen arts, specifically the film industry.
Able to process a lot of information and data quickly and accurately.
An excellent team player, with a strong work ethic.
Flexible, and able to work on multiple projects at once.
You would have some knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
