The Films Developer is responsible for successful completion of projects and tasks in the area of raw material exchanges, product robustness, operations improvements and incorporates the role of Local trial batch owner for Winchester plant (responsible for the maintenance and good working of the system).
As technical specialist the Films Developer contributes to state of the art knowledge, works on novel ideas & innovations and consults project teams, peers and customers.
Qualifications

• Diploma in chemistry, biology or sciences related, otherwise probatory experience in the thermoplastic industry is permitted
• Project management experience
• Leading self level
