We're looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our busy Contracting team. This team delivers turnkey services and solutions for Water Filtration, and Civil Engineering services to the UK Water Industry. As a Filter Media Site Operative, you'll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you'll work as part of a team in a busy environment.

The site locations vary across the country and therefore the role will require early morning starts and the possibility of working away from home during the week.

What You'll Do:

Operating where possible a range of Mobile Wash Plants, including Excavators, Screener, Conveyor Systems, Dumper Telehandlers and Loading Shovels*
Assisting with installing pre-cast concrete tiles and pipe work and general site labouring*
Carrying out site housekeeping duties as required, and small civil works*
Using tools and equipment to clean tools, and other plant areas*
Keeping the site safe and tidy at all times*
Following Health, Safety, and Environmental rules*

Hours

10 hours per day, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 0700-1700, with 1 hour paid break for lunch.*

About You

Current CSCS and/or CPCS skills card (or equivalent EPIC) preferred, but not essential*
Mobile Plant operating experience*
A reliable and flexible attitude is a must*
Able to work as part of the team and alone*
Full UK driving licence*
Physically fit and happy to work in an active role*
A positive, "can-do" attitude*
Reliable and able to work well with others*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-79,776.42 per year
