Final Assembly -- Full Time Permanent
Salary: Depending upon experience
SpreadPoint is an award winning and innovative manufacturing company based in County Down, producing some of the most technologically advanced agricultural/industrial machinery in Northern Ireland.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our fast paced and expanding team forming its roots in new markets and innovative industries. We have experienced aggressive expansion over the past 18 months, and have exiting new plans in place to further grow the business. We are excited to offer this new role to an individual who can mould and grow within the business as it accelerates the design and production of its innovative technologies. This unique opportunity is reflective of our unique business model which strives to become a world player in spreading technologies.
The operator will be located in final assembly that includes all build aspects of the machines after paint these include :
1. Assembly of sub-assemblies and complete machines.
2. Wiring of IsoBus and CAN circuits on machinery.
3. Wiring of basic 12v circuits.
4. Plumbing of hydraulic circuits including proportional hydraulics
5. Quality control on their own work pre inspection
Essential qualifications/ attributes
- Be able to read engineering drawings
- Be able to follow standard operating procedures
- Previous experience of engineering environment
- Full UK driving license or equivalent
Desirable attributes
- Knowledge of Lean production techniques
