Now, we're looking for a detail-driven, hands-on Final Quality & Manufacturing Support Technician to help us deliver excellence, one laser at a time.
Your Mission
As a key player in our production and logistics team, you'll ensure every laser system that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality and performance. From final inspections to supporting soak tests and logistics, your work will directly impact the success of our global customers.
What You'll Be Doing? Perform final quality checks on laser systems and modules Prepare, pack, and process shipments with precision Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in collaboration with manufacturing leads Manage soak tests--ensuring lasers are tested, logged, and ready for dispatch Maintain accurate QC records and logistics documentation ? Support operational teams with 5S tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

What You BringSolid understanding of manufacturing processes Manual dexterity and a sharp eye for detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Electronics knowledge (a plus!) A proactive mindset and the ability to "think on your feet" Previous experience in a high-tech or quality-focused environment (desired)
