Job Description

We are well established firm of Chartered Certified Accountants based in Wembley.

We are currently looking for a finalist ACCA, part-qualified or qualified practice accountant (ACCA). We are a training firm for ACCA, ICAEW and AAT.

We also have sponsorship licensed for skilled worker visa.

The position would be ideal for someone looking to progress into a more supervisory role, and who would like the challenge of managing their own portfolio of clients. The successful candidate may receive support to complete their professional qualifications if required.

Responsibilities:

Experience of preparing company accounts across a broad range of sectors, for companies, sole traders and partnerships An understanding of payroll, vat, corporate and personal tax Prepare client accounts based on information supplied by client Liaise with clients on account queries and other matters as appropriate Prepare business tax computations, partnership and personal tax returns Prepare corporation tax computations and forms CT600 Assist with client queries regarding aspects of their bookkeeping and other business matters as required

Requirements:

ACA or ACCA part qualified, qualified or equivalent Proven, relevant experience within a public practice accountancy firm The ability to work in a team as well as an individual Good communication and interpersonal skills The ability to priorities own time to ensure that deadlines are monitored and consistently met Proven organisational abilities and consistent attention to detail Ability to use IRIS software, SAGE 50, Xero software, etc. Fluent in Microsoft Excel and letter writing skills.
