You will assist with managing outstanding invoices, updating financial records, and contacting customers to help ensure payments are collected efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and managing outstanding invoices
Accessing historical records to verify accuracy of invoices
Analysing financial information and updating records in Excel
Writing clear, professional communication to customers
Making confident phone calls to request payment on behalf of the business
About You:
Currently studying Finance, Accounting, or a related degree
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Confident in both written and verbal communication
Professional and confident when speaking to customers
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Keen to learn and gain hands-on experience
