As a

Finance Administrator (12m FTC)

, you'll play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial and administrative support to our Commercial Finance Manager and operational teams. You'll be a trusted partner for key stakeholders from on-site managers to senior leaders ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple campuses.


This is a

client-facing, fast-paced

position where no two days are the same. From managing payroll to supporting month-end processes, you'll be at the heart of keeping the contract running efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do:



Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end financial activities. Support the month-end process with accurate accruals, cost reporting, and reconciliations. Process weekly and monthly payroll, including adjustments and reporting, for UK sites. Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments to ensure smooth cash flow. Maintain and update financial trackers and PPM contract records. Provide business partnering support to site managers and portfolio leads. Assist with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks to ensure operational excellence.

What you bring:

+ Proven experience in a finance or administrative role.
+ Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

+ Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team.
+ Highly organised, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Desirable:



+ Knowledge of

SAP

+ Experience in facilities management or a similar environment

Working: Monday to Friday - 1 day working from home

Location: University of Greenwich, London (Greenwich / Avery Hill Campus)
