Position: Finance Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 3 - 4 days a week
Salary: 25,700 - 26,000 per annum
What You'll Do:
As our Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ? Managing bookkeeping tasks with precision
  • ? utilising Excel and software such as Xero and Sage for financial entries
  • ? Recording debit and credit card transactions accurately
  • ? Overseeing petty cash and cash book management
  • ? Handling credit card expenses and sending reports to managers
  • ? Registering, replacing, and fixing company phones
  • ? Monitoring utility and gas metre readings
  • ? Preparing year-end entries and reconciliations
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Xero and Sage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
