Job Description

Langley has a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and analytical focussed Finance Administrator with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our Finance team in Coventry. This role is a 9-month fixed term contract full-time position, working 37 hours per week, and offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 28,899 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist and support the Finance Team and the Financial Controller to deliver an efficient finance
and administrative service by:
  • Preparation and input Journals on to the General Ledger.
  • Assisting with reconciliation of control accounts to the General Ledger.
  • Maintenance of purchase order processing in line with budgets and delegated authority.
  • Input of invoices, expenses claims and credit notes into the Purchase Ledger.
  • Check invoices and expenses claims are correctly authorised and in line with the budgets and delegated authority.
  • Preparation and reconciliation of bank accounts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • To undertake other tasks as may be reasonably required from time to time.
