As the Finance Administrator, you will provide essential support to the finance team by ensuring the smooth and accurate management of financial processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding financial queries.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a finance or administrative role
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office (Excel in particular)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
