We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join a firm on a fixed-term contract on the south coast. This role involves providing vital support to the accounting and finance department with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records in accounting systems.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation for internal and external use.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and collections.
• Collaborate with team members to support month-end and year-end financial activities.
• Respond to finance-related queries from colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations at all times.
