Job Description

Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing business based in Horsham, helping recruit a Finance Administrator as an addition to their current team. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments. You will liaise with suppliers to resolve queries, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team in delivering an efficient service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • To perform daily Revenue run.
  • To print daily bank statements.
  • To handle member telephone and email Revenue queries without supervision.
  • To record all daily statements received onto statement control.
  • To scan all provider statements received in post/email etc.
  • To process bank provider cheques weekly.
The successful candidate will:
  • Customer focused, understanding the views and needs of others.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team
  • A confident individual possessing a sound systematic and methodical approach to work while under pressure is essential.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels, in person and in all media types, sensitively and effectively.
This is a full-time position (office based for the initial probabtion period) offering a salary of circa 25,000 per annum.
