Job Description

Our client, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Finance & Administration Support Officer to provide essential financial and administrative support. This role is part-time 4-days per week, London office based, initially for 3 months, and is ideal for someone with experience in finance administration who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a purpose-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
Processing payments, invoices, and receipts.
Maintaining accurate financial records and account statements.
Recording donations and assisting with income allocations.
Inputting data and carrying out compliance checks.
Supporting general office administration, including phones and post.
The candidate
Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role.
Knowledge of payment processing, banking, or financial monitoring systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Numerate, with the ability to identify discrepancies.
Confident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
