Finance Administrator Part Time (6 Month Ftc)

Job Description

Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a well-established client based in Godstone who are looking to recruit a part-time Finance Assistant on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
Working part-time across 3 days per week, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in finance administration or purchase ledger who is looking for a part-time position within a supportive and friendly finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of invoices, ensuring accurate matching to purchase orders and correct information.
  • Liaise with the Accounts Payable team to reconcile supplier statements.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Work closely with line managers to produce reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures.
About You:
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident in learning new systems and processes.
  • Previous experience in finance administration and/or purchase ledger.
  • Able to work from the office three days per week.
