Finance Analyst - Residents Charges
Hours: 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)
The role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as Finance Analyst (Resident Charges) here at Housing 21.
The role will provide a professional management accounting and financial support service to relevant business divisions, directorates and/or functions.
To provide the relevant divisions, directorates/functions with any relevant financial management information, support required for effective operational oversight and decision-making e.g. in regard to profitability, debt management, KPIs, capex, investment options, contract management, supplier management.
While this role is home based you will need to travel into the Head Office in Birmingham as and when required so you will need to live within a commutable distance.

What we're looking for
The requirements for the role include:
Double entry accounting and basic balance sheet management
Complex financial systems with numerous interfaces from feeder systems (desirable)
Financial controls and safeguards (desirable)
Budgeting and forecasting activities (desirable)
Working towards AAT qualification and relevant experience
