What you will do:
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting year-end audits.
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, tracking key business KPIs.
- Streamline day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.
The ideal candidate:
- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant with 3+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
- Possesses strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems like Xero or similar.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop within a rapidly scaling fintech environment.
