Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Cambourne. They are recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a full-time basis to join their growing team. The role will be on a hybrid basis, and you will have experience working in a similar position.

Typical duties include:

- Performing financial analysis to support company decision making

- Reviewing current processes and providing improvements where required

- Assisting with the annual budgeting process and perform regular variance analysis

- Identifying trends and providing insight to impact decision making

- Liaising with various teams within the business to assess processes and implement positive amendments

- Evaluating financial performance and drive improvements

- Performing any other duties to assist with the wider finance function

You will have:

- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)

- A strong technical skillset and advanced Power Bi skills

- Ability to manage your own workload effectively

- Experience in a similar commercial finance role
