We're offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join a newly formed

Commercial Finance team

as an

FP&A Analyst

. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business through meaningful analysis, reporting, and financial planning. Your insights will directly influence operational efficiency and decision-making at all levels.

Responsibilities



Producing daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis to support performance visibility Building and maintaining insightful KPI reports and supporting in the creation of monthly decks Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business Collaborating with the Management Accounts team during month-end close Creating analytical reports to support decision-making across departments Taking part in exciting ad hoc projects and business initiatives

What we're looking for



Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with financial planning processes and tools such as Power BI. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients. Ability to analyse complex data sets and present findings clearly. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Someone with a natural warmth and excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills and confidence with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Ability to think creatively and suggest alternative solutions Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders A collaborative team player who can also work independently Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Prior experience in FP&A or analytical finance roles preferred

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
