Deliver financial insight to support business decisions and projects.
Provide financial analysis and modelling to support business partners and project managers.
Prepare monthly performance reports, month-end flash results, and co-ordinate budgets and forecasts.
Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Prepare clear, concise presentations and board papers for Senior Management and the Board.
Analyse internal and external data to provide actionable insight that drives performance improvement.
Identify risks and highlight opportunities to improve financial outcomes across projects and programmes.
Provide financial insight to support housing projects and strategic decisions.Use your expertise to influence performance and investment across the business.
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW, or equivalent) with relevant financial experience.
Proven experience delivering high-quality financial analysis in a complex organisation.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical and commercial mindset, able to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations.
Experience in social housing is desirable.

Base salary up to 54,000.
