Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Operations Finance team. As part of the FP&A function, you will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and business support for critical teams across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the FP&A Manager and Global Operations leadership with financial insights and reporting. Deliver monthly financial updates to leadership and business partners, offering analysis and guidance to support decision-making. Lead monthly accounting activities, including actuals, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments. Drive the quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes. Manage global cost allocations for the Global Operations organization. Track and report on productivity initiatives. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. Actively look for opportunities to improve and standardize finance processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline. Actively pursuing a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and deliver insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
