Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner and FP&A Manager, you will play a vital role in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis. Your analytical mindset and data-driven approach will help shape financial strategy across business lines.

Required skills and experience:

Experience in a financial or analytical role (FP&A, data analysis, accounting) Advanced Excel skills (VBA preferred); Power Query/Power Pivot/DAX a bonus Strong analytical ability with experience managing large datasets Demonstrated experience presenting data insights and driving strategy Proactive mindset with a passion for automation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

A-level (or equivalent) in Maths/Statistics - grade B or above Solid analytical and problem-solving background Experience in multi-divisional or matrix organisations desirable

Supporting financial forecasting and budgeting processes Performing month-end close activities and reporting results to management Delivering insightful commercial and operational analysis Managing working capital, cost control, capex appraisal, and compliance Building and automating dashboard-style reports Conducting sales, cost, and operational metric analysis
