Job Description

KCR Solutions are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a driven and analytical Finance Analyst. This is a prime opportunity for an AAT-qualified individual actively pursuing or planning to pursue CIMA, eager to grow within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic and operational decision-making Extract, interpret, and present data to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Contribute to the accurate and timely production of financial statements, management reports, and board packs Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies Strengthen and maintain robust internal controls and reporting standards Support statutory reporting and taxation processes by preparing and supplying required documentation Partner with department heads to provide actionable insights that drive cost efficiencies and performance improvements Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process, helping shape financial targets and key assumptions

Candidate Profile:

AAT qualified and working towards (or planning to study) CIMA Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (Cloud Accounting experience beneficial) Working knowledge of IFRS and corporate financial controls Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and progression
