• Produce weekly and monthly cash forecasts to maximise the businesses working capital. This will include managing the treasury functions of the business, ensuring sufficient current cash balances, managing and maximising invoice discount facilities and ensuring loan covenants and reporting requirements are met
• Produce a weekly sales pack to senior management explaining the sales progress in the period
• Prepare insightful analysis on financial trends, progress against KPI\'s and potential risks or opportunities to the business in monthly MI and Board packs
• Work closely with the Sales team to accurately account for rebates, listing allowances and any other sales deductions. Quarterly reporting will ensure senior management are aware of assumptions for full commercial awareness
• Issuing customer level P&L\'s to senior management to raise awareness of costs to aide effective decision making
• Issue department overhead cost reports and lead regular feedback meetings to ensure sufficient understanding and accountability of their department costs
• Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting
• Assist with preparation of financial papers to be presented at the Commercial Board
• Issue monthly business unit reports including P&Ls & sales reports/ analysis
• Support the continued development of the company\'s data management and analytic software package

The Successful Applicant

• Will consider management accountants and assistant management accountant
• 1-2 years\' experience in a Business Analyst role (desired)
• AAT L4 (desired)
• ACCA or CIMA studier (desired)
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Excel skills
