Job Description

Job Purpose

This hybrid office-based role combines financial management, business partnering, and data analysis. The Finance Analyst helps provide financial insights, supports data-driven decision-making, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve business performance. The role involves financial reporting, forecasting, business analysis, and data manipulation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Management Accounting

Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary

Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and rolling outlooks

Conduct cost and profitability analysis for departments, products, or services

Assist with financial planning and support internal and external audits

Business Partnering

Act as an advisor to department heads and senior management

Translate financial performance into actionable business insights

Provide input into business cases, capital investment appraisals, and ROI assessments

Drive performance improvement by identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities

Support the design and delivery of KPIs and dashboards

Data Analytics & Reporting

Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI & Excel

Perform root cause analysis and predictive modelling to support decision-making

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems

Automate regular reports and build self-service analytics tools for stakeholders

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
