Meaningful Work From Day One:




In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the financial reporting and analysis for Brown-Forman Northwest Europe. A key responsibility of the role will be managing the Month End cycle, this will include providing reporting to the wider business enabling them to make informed business decisions, increase effectiveness and efficiency, and better execute their commercial strategy.


You will work directly with the Commercial Finance Manager and Lead Finance Analyst supporting the commercial analysis and establish effective and trusted business partnering with Brown-Forman Sales team.


What to Expect:




Financial Reporting and Analysis




Preparing meaningful and actionable reporting including business performance and budget management Provide support to Commercial Finance Manager and Lead Finance Analyst across their designated sales channels Profitability analysis on product and customer level as part of the company wide financial planning process Development and maintaining of reporting suite Business partner support to operationally relevant function

Systems support




Monthly systems preparation for Month End cycle Management of forecasting system maintenance for monthly sales reporting Other ad hoc system support requests

Assist Finance Team with Tasks as Needed




Month End reporting/analysis Budget/Projections submission Ad-hoc requests

What You Bring To The Table:




Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or other relevant discipline Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency: advanced formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs et al. Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts and with diverse cultures Fluent English, both spoken and written Great analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution focused to solving problems Excellent presentation skills and translating financial information in a clear, concise and visually appealing way Self-starter with proven ability to identify issues and projects, plan and prioritize with demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects to completion by specific deadlines Ability to build strong relationships at all levels with strong stakeholder awareness Collaborative team player Adaptable, flexible and resilient Excellent MS Excel skills
