Project Finance Analyst


This is a permanent, full- me posi on, working hybrid, with our office based in Victoria,


London, SW1W


The Finance Analyst will act as a key liaison between the finance team and commercial


func ons, owning core aspects of the Order-to-Cash process and suppor ng revenue


analysis. The role also covers opera onal financial support including month-end close


ac vi es and repor ng. The role offers exposure to cross-func onal collabora on and


performance monitoring.





Your Mission: Join our team!
?

Own and manage project crea on and maintenance in SAP (star ng point of O2C


process) to ensure accuracy and completeness
?

Monitor revenue flows and ensure data integrity across systems
?

Support revenue-related month-end ac vi es and reconcilia ons in line with


accounting policies and project milestones
?

Partner with Sales, Opera ons and Finance to ensure financial accuracy in billing,


project setup, and revenue tracking
?

Support forecasting activities relating to project revenues
?

Build and improve processes for repor ng templates and dashboards for commercial


KPIs
?

Support system and process improvements, par cularly in O2C and month-end


workflows
?

Liaise with auditors and external advisors as required
?

Covers addi onal repor ng and ad hoc finance tasks







What we are looking for: Your profile!
?

Degree in Finance, Business, or related field. A professional accoun ng qualifica on


(e.g. ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable
?

Experience in a financial accoun ng role, preferably in a project finance based or


revenue analysis environment
?

Strong SAP skills, par cularly in project setup and billing processes
?

High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI/repor ng tools
?

Good understanding of revenue processes and financial controls
?

Strong understanding of accoun ng principles and finance analysis
?

Strong communica on and stakeholder management skills
?

Excellent wri en and verbal communica on skills
