IRW's Finance Division is recruiting for the position of 'Finance Analyst' to join its dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis, to based out of its offices in Waterloo, London. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.

JOB PURPOSE:



To provide finance guidance to support strategic and operational decision-making of IRUK SMT and Managers

To improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on IRUK business performance.

To provide analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business processes

To produce, disseminate and interpret management reports to support and enhance operational decisions

To review and enhance operational efficiency, business processes and promote value for money throughout operational activity.

Appraise project budget proposals with due regard to impact on beneficiaries and donor value for money

Build relationships to effectively influence and challenge Business decisions, strategy and outcomes.

Ownership and management of the timely, insightful, and accurate reporting for the Corporate Finance Division including analysis to provide clear outcomes to support the objectives of the department 9. Development and production of Finance KPI, Budget vs Actual and Dashboard Reporting

Prepare, evaluate, and interpret consistent management information and KPIs.

Assist in ad-hoc financial modelling, reporting, and presentations.

Contribute to business modelling and strategy through comprehensive analysis.

Conduct gap analysis on business performance, staff experience, and project delivery.

The successful candidate must have:



Degree in Accountancy/Finance related field

Fully or Part qualified Accountant (CCAB)

Experience of working in a fast-paced financial environment

Ability to analyse information and complex data from a financial, operational and stakeholder perspective.

Well organised and efficient with ability to manage competing deadlines within set time constraints.

Advance Excel skills; including designing and modelling data sets.

Strong written communication skills, able to prepare written procedures, reports and deliver presentations.

Verbal skills to communicate with all levels in an organisation and explain technical or complex financial aspects in a wide range of situations.

Effective communication skills, both written and interpersonal in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders

Production and presentation of management reports and budgets.

Experience in operating and extracting data from complex accounting systems.

Experience of budgeting for project activities, monitor and report on financial activities and undertaken appropriate analysis

Experience of providing both challenge and support to a range of stakeholders including non-financial audiences

Experience of managing and delivering objectives including dealing with competing priorities and other challenges

Experience of working collaboratively and in partnership with individuals, groups, organisations and stakeholders internally and externally
