: 37,250 - 45,400 + up to 12% annual bonus



We are looking for a talented

Finance Analyst

to join KFM as part of our Finance team.

This role will play a key part in managing payroll-related financial responsibilities and providing analytical support to our corporate functions.


You'll help drive financial insight, improve reporting, and support budget management -- ensuring accuracy, transparency, and value across all financial operations. A strong focus will be on developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and continuously improving financial processes through innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities



Support all payroll-related financial processes, including liaison with the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA), pensions, and benefits. Prepare and post journals, reconciliations, and month-end adjustments. Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and variance commentary for corporate departments. Assist in budget setting and year-end audit preparation. Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools. Collaborate across Finance, HR, and Operations to improve financial performance and understanding. Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance financial processes.

About You




We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for continuous improvement. If you enjoy turning numbers into insights and using data to influence decision-making, then this could be the role for you!

Essential skills and experience:



A Levels and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Studying towards or qualified in a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA). Experience in financial analysis and management accounting. Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with proven experience in Power BI. Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.

Desirable:



Experience within NHS or public sector finance. Knowledge of payroll finance and Microsoft D365.
