We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Group Management Reporting team. This role will primarily be involved in the month-end close process and helping to support the financial control responsibilities of the Group.

We are looking for a candidate with an analytical mindset, someone who actively seeks to understand processes in depth, is able to ask thoughtful questions, and looks to identify opportunities for improvement as they arise. Understanding the 'why' not just the 'how' is key to success in this role.

This role would suit someone who has started their career in finance and is already working towards their ACA qualification with the expectation for you to complete the remainder of your qualification in a timely manner. Out of office study support will be provided as part of the role.

A strong candidate will have previous Big Four or Financial Services experience.

Requirements:

A part-qualified accountant working towards their ACA qualification. A can-do attitude, belief in our vision, and a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck into anything and everything. Committed to completing the ACA accounting qualification Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary. Previous Big Four or Financial Services experience preferable.
