Job Introduction

As the Finance Analyst you will assist in the planning, reporting and controlling aspects of the financial delivery of the business, monitoring and adjusting the finances of the company to support the internal stakeholders by producing project focused financial reports.


Main Responsibilities
Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process Utilising data analytics tools and visualisation platforms Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all sensitive data, information and documents Work closely with the Financial Controlling Manager to support the business area with regular high quality and timely financial information for three entities - UK, Benelux and Scandinavia Provide information for, and attend, monthly and quarterly financial reviews Work closely with business managers to help them understand their financial information, identifying trends and areas for review Provide support, information and expertise for budget holders across Northern Europe Support the Account Management team to ensure timely and smooth input of data

About You

Essential

Good MS Office competency (particularly Excel) Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows Proficient written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Working towards or willing to undertake a professional finance qualification (e.g. CIMA)


Desirable

Navision/SAP/ERP system experience An understanding of key financial terms and principles An understanding of data protection issues
