Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for finance? AXA Partners is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our Technical Accounting Team in Redhill. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our financial operations.

What you'll be doing:

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality insights and analyses to senior management. Your expertise will help drive informed decision-making while promoting process efficiencies within the team.Produce management information packs to support business decision-making. Update monthly MI packs with data reconciliation to accounts. Prepare and submit balance sheet and P&L accounts to the group via AXA's consolidation system. Conduct analytical reviews of accounts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Generate accruals and pre-payments along with relevant audit lead schedules. Complete balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts. Perform variance analysis to identify trends and insights. Create commentary schedules for management and group communications. Collaborate with business managers to ensure budget accuracy and suitability. Provide expert added-value analysis to support the senior management team

What you'll bring:

Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA). Previous experience in insurance or technical accounting is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving. Positive attitude with a desire to progress within the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
