CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit an Finance Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accounts professional who wants to broaden their experience across reconciliations, journals, ledger work and wider finance support.
The role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and most importantly strong Excel capability, as the position involves regular analysis, reconciliations and data manipulation.
What will the Finance Analyst role involve?

• Completing daily bank reconciliations, preparing cash book journals and calculating/posting daily cash sweeps
• Performing regular income and expense account reconciliations and assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting purchase ledger activity including processing invoices and making supplier payments when required
• Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing journals and supporting the month-end cycle
• Providing general finance administrative support and assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Analyst vacancy:

• Strong Excel skills are essential (pivot tables, lookups and confident data handling)
• Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
• Accurate and detail-focused with strong reconciliation skills
• Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and comfortable working within a team
