Are you ready to turn data into decisions?
We're looking for a driven and curious Finance Analyst to join our Performance Technology Group (PTG) finance team. You'll be a key player in analysing financial data, identifying trends, and helping guide strategic and commercial decisions. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a Finance Business Partner, making it ideal for someone who's newly or part-qualified and ready to grow.
What you'll be doing

• Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and key stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:
• Margin Analysis - Understand margin performance by region, brand, customer, and supplier. Use large datasets to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities.
• Reporting - Deliver daily and weekly performance reports, prepare monthly review packs, and support flash updates for Group reporting.
• Variance Analysis - Partner with management accounts to explain P&L movements, risks, and opportunities.
• Initiative Tracking - Maintain the initiatives tracker, helping the business stay on track with targets and budgets.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Support cost centre budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Commercial Support - Bring market context to numbers, helping explain what's behind the data and what action may be needed.
• You'll also work closely with our MIS team to continuously improve reporting through automation and dashboard development.

What We're Looking For

• Part qualified
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large datasets and Excel (experience with BI tools is a plus)
• Great communicator - able to present complex data in a simple, clear way
• Collaborative, curious, and commercially minded
• A team player who wants to develop their career and make an impact
