We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Database/Finance Administrator to join our team in North West London. This is a role offering an immediate start. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurate Xero data input, including invoicing, and for the proactive management and maintenance of the Sales Force database. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience with Xero and Sales Force software. Strong IT and numerical skills. Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office and intranet-based systems. Solid administrative and practical skills.
You will be working in a small but busy team. At times you may also be asked to respond to customer phone calls and emails - a flexible approach is needed and a willingness to take on tasks outside the scope of your normal role when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.00-22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
