45KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this highly successful, growing business to recruit a qualified Accountant to be their Commercial Manager. Your duties will be as follows:


Providing commercial support to the CEO and Finance Manager, including assistance with management accounts, reporting, forecasting and pricing analysis Driving commercial performance, operational efficiency and customer service excellence Budgeting, pricing, business modelling, and commercial decision-making Providing insightful analysis to support growth and profitability Ensuring you are the link between finance, operations and the support team Leading, motivating and developing the customer service team, ensuring high engagement, performance management and professional growth Delivering and coordinating training to support team development and maintaining high standards of customer service Overseeing the optimisation and reporting of customer support tools and systems Developing and maintain SOPS and customer journey maps, ensuring best practice Monitoring and reporting on key support metrics, customer feedback and operational trends to inform decision making Actively participating in team meetings, project work and business improvement initiatives
You will be a qualified Accountant, a commercially minded leader with a passion for both numbers and people. You will bring proven experience in operational management, commercial analysis and team leadership. Strong IT skills are essential.


The role will suit a commercial astute, people focused leader who is as comfortable analysing numbers and modelling business scenarios as they are empowering the team.
