Working in the Finance team, the Office & Finance Administrator will be responsible for day to day operations in finance support and general office duties.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Management Accountant ensuring the following responsibilities are carried out in a timely fashion, have a full understanding of works associated with suppliers, and take ownership of all works from an administration point of view, including but not limited to:
Monitoring supplier inbox
Posting purchase invoices into SAGE
Checking and posting expenses
Supplier statement reconciliation
Supplier invoice queries
Checking purchase invoices to PO
Credit card administration
Administer the parking & toll apps
Ordering stationary
Uniform ordering and administration
Keeping internal documents up to date / printing & posting internal documents to engineers
General office duties i.e. arranging repairs, hotel bookings, opening the post, franking post
