Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Finance Operations Team Leader to manage the Operations and Finance departments and drive overall cost reduction and operating efficiencies across the business and growing gross profit.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the Finance and Operations team, with people management responsibilities for hiring/firing, holding the team to account on the targets. Responsible for overseeing all goods shipped in and out, external 3PL warehouses, cycle counts and stock management. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Responsible for the key KPI's in operations, purchasing and finance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven management experience with finance and operations. Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and team-building abilities. Ability to analyze data and implement improvements. Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus. Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, management, or related field preferred. Experience within the food and beverage sector is advantageous.
