Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Procurement Manager who will be responsible for overseeing financial control, commercial performance, and procurement strategy across solar PV, heating, and low?carbon energy projects. The role ensures robust financial governance, cost control, supplier performance, and value?for?money delivery across domestic, social housing, and commercial installations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly management accounts and margin analysis

- Project cost control and profitability reporting

- Tender pricing and commercial support

- VAT compliance and invoicing over

- Supplier negotiation and framework agreements

- Stock control and logistics coordination

- Supplier performance and compliance management

- Financial controls and authorisation limits

- ISO and audit?ready documentation

- Risk identification and mitigation

Skills & Experience - Essential

- Finance or procurement management experience

- Construction, M&E, or renewables background

- Strong commercial and negotiation skills

- Advanced Excel and accounting software knowledge

Skills & Experience - Desirable

- Solar PV or heat pump experience

- Social housing or public?sector procurement
